Bronze, and the patience of it
Casting is slow, irreversible, and old. In a fast city, choosing bronze is itself part of the statement.
To cast in bronze is to commit weeks to a decision you cannot take back. In a place that builds quickly, the choice of so patient a material reads as a position.
The form that results asks for the slow attention it took to make: to be walked around, returned to, and kept.
